    Thank you! I was a school counselor and I did a question for kids after finding their beliefs that were causing anxiety , “will it matter in 5 hours, five days, five weeks, five years?

    It was helpful for some to get that perspective.

    With so so many kids with anxiety right now, I appreciate all reminders and support on helping our kids.
