This is a wonderful reminder. Sometimes VERY hard to remember when dealing with the ongoing and constant struggles of everyday life.

Nadia, yes, it is very hard to remember in those moments! It makes me want to keep a pocket recording around to listen to in those tough moments! It’s very powerful to think that it is both our child’s challenges AND their strengths that will help them fulfill their mission in life. We are grateful to Dr. Linda Silverman for this sift in perspective.

I’ve come to believe that for myself – it’s lovely to hear someone else say what feels so true and precious, and to see other parents commenting and agreeing.

Thank you this reminder. It is important to hold on to this and remember it especially on the “hard” days.
